New Construction or "Build jobs" are really exciting. You get to pick out a floor plan and watch it go from paper to a home that you will create many memories in.

But what does building a home entail?

Each builder is different. They build differently. They have different standard finishes. They have different pricing, They have different upgrades.

I've represented many clients through the build process with various builders through out the state. It doesn't save you any money to go in unrepresented. Remember a builder's agent works for the builder and not for you. It's always wise to have your own representation.
